Please download Remote Support software. 2. Run Remote Support software (Microsoft Windows only). 3. Please tell your PIXCEL Engineer the ID number shown on your computer. 4. Please tell your PIXCEL Engineer the PIN number shown to securely connect to your computer. 5. Sit back & watch your PIXCEL Engineer resolve your issue right before your eyes! |
